Highly recommend this place! It was just perfect for my family staying for my niece’s graduation from NC state. We all loved it. Close to my other family and the college. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end street so very peaceful. Our hosts were wonderful and very responsive! Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and relaxing stay at Cozy Cottage. House was clean, well appointed and exactly as advertised. North Raleigh location was perfect for our stay. Host was very responsive. We will definitely consider rebooking if we are in the area and in need of lodging.

Everything about this place was easy - great communication, easy to find, instructions clear (and not too long), easy to access and easy access to everything around Durham. Comfortable place to stay and in particular the beds were so awesome - slept so well! Definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Durham.

The house is very nice and contains comfortable beds and furniture, and decently sized rooms. Great porch and yard, convienient location next to a good coffee shop. Shannon was a responsive and helpful host, much more friendly and understanding compared to some other experiences I've had on this platform.

Shannon was so accommodating while my family used her home as a place for my grandmother to stay while seeking necessary health care in Raleigh. We are so grateful for her understanding and flexibility.

House was great! Perfect location for our visit, very clean and well appointed. Loved the neighborhood food options that were close by. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Raleigh.

Very clean and in a great location. Beds were super comfy, TV easy to work with streaming. Loved the reclining couch! Shannon and Chad were very accommodating, quick response time to questions and assistance. Grocery store and restaurants very close, the Imperial Chinese place next to the grocery store has great food! Location close to downtown, but far enough away for a peaceful quiet sleep. Nice safe neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here!!!

I highly recommend this stay. Great location and great home. Very comfortable and amazing location. The host communicated well and were there always to help. Overall one of my favorites.
